 RHC offers Worldwide Shipping!

To ensure your order is delivered safely and directly to you, a shipping courier is automatically provided by RHC inc.

Please be advised that Ruwayda Hijab Collection is not responsible for customs, duties, or tax fees incurred on international deliveries.

 

Every order ships directly from our location in Calgary, AB, and will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At RHC, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of you. If you would like to return your product, you may do so within ten days of purchase using the following options. Please review the Return Policy below.

FULL PRICED RETURNS

For returns with the original receipt / Customer Invoice, we will gladly provide a full refund through the original method of payment used, given you meet our Return Policy requirements within ten days from your purchase date. We reserve the right to deny any returns made beyond this period. Items eligible for any return or exchange must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged garments.

 

*Please note: For hygiene purposes, as well as your protection, and the prevention of spreading Covid-19, returns & exchanges do not apply to items from our Headwear Collection.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International Returns, you are solely responsible for covering any relevant shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of your items. We recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return and insure the package for the cost of the items. Please Note: We do not offer any return shipping labels for returns. 

SALE RETURNS

You are welcome to exchange your sale item for a different size or a different style, provided it is equal or greater in value than your original purchase.

FINAL SALE 

Items purchased during any exclusive Sales Event such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or items marked down by 50% off or more are considered Final Sale and strictly non-returnable.

FAULTY RETURNS

Items delivered with an apparent manufacturing defect will be issued a refund for the total of your purchase amount. Please be advised that all garments are carefully audited before dispatch to ensure they are in pristine condition. If you suspect a defect, you may contact customer care immediately to assess and replace the defected item. We'll be more than happy to resolve this for you.

If you wish to return any full-priced items for an exchange or return, you can do so by contacting us via email at info@ruwaydahijabcollection.com. Please ensure you meet all the requirements outlined in our Returns Policy before beginning a return. Please keep in mind returns that do not comply with our Return Policy requirements may be denied. 

Please Note: Ruwayda Hijab Collection will not be held liable for any damage which has been caused to your garments by a third-party, dry-cleaning company, etc. We don't offer any price adjustments under any circumstances.
